Sprout was started in 2025 by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and local community members. They wanted ABA in Worcester County with parents involved and clinical standards kept intact.

At Sprout, we provide personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in your home, in the community, or a combination of the two. We help children build meaningful skills and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life. Services are delivered by trained and competent behavior therapists who are under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

In-home and community-based ABA

Every child has their own strengths, interests, challenges, and way of learning. We take the time to understand what makes your child unique, then build a plan that supports meaningful progress in the places that matter most, at home, in the community, and in everyday life.

Qualified Professionals

Every child’s treatment plan is custom created for their specific needs with the collaboration of caregivers and other professionals.

Individualized care

We involve and update caregivers at every step of the way so they can understand their child's progress and foster better outcomes.

Caregiver training

Families receive updates about their child's intake process as well as their care in a timely and considerate manner.

Communication

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) completes a functional and behavioral assessment to understand the strengths, needs, and goals of the individual. We look at the why behind challenges and use what we learn to guide meaningful, individualized support.

A BCBA learns about each individual’s strengths, needs, and goals.

Functional and Behavioral Assessment

We build an individualized plan around the person’s strengths, needs, and priorities. The plan focuses on useful skills for everyday life and is reviewed with caregivers so everyone understands the goals and how progress will be followed.

A personalized plan turns assessment into practical, meaningful goals.

Treatment Planning

Individual and group training helps caregivers understand the treatment plan, practice strategies, and support skills in everyday routines. We work together with families and, when appropriate, other providers to promote consistent support.

Caregivers learn strategies to support skills at home and in the community.

Individual and Group Caregiver Trainings

Our team will help you understand the intake process, discuss your child’s needs, and explain what comes next.
